Terms & Conditions

  • These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts regarding the provision of digital content and subscriptions between 4E Capital AG (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers. By registering or concluding a subscription, the customer expressly acknowledges these terms.

  • The Provider provides the customer with digital content in the form of financial market reports, analyses, and insights as part of a paid subscription. The exact scope of services is based on the respective product description of the selected pricing plan at the time of order.

  • The contract is concluded upon completion of the order process on the website. Subscriptions are concluded for the selected term (e.g., monthly or annually). They are automatically renewed for the same period unless cancelled by the customer before the end of the current period.

  • The prices stated at the time of the order in Swiss Francs (CHF) shall apply. Payments for subscriptions are due in advance. The provider uses secure third-party providers (Wix Payments) for payment processing. In the event of cancellation by the customer before the end of the selected contract term, no pro-rata refund of payments already made will be given. Access to the content remains available to the customer until the end of the paid term.

  • Since this involves the provision of digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier, the customer expressly agrees upon conclusion of the contract that the execution of the contract will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Thus, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely as soon as access to the digital content (Insights) has been granted.

  • The information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. 4E Capital AG assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. Any investment decisions made by the customer are at their own risk.

  • All content published on the website (analyses, reports, graphics, and design) is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of 4E Capital AG. The customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right for personal use. Any exploitation beyond private use, in particular the reproduction, distribution, or publication of the content, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 4E Capital AG.

  • The provider endeavours to ensure the best possible availability of the website and digital content. However, no guarantee is given for uninterrupted accessibility or error-free technical function. Liability claims for damages caused by technical disruptions or server failure are excluded.

  • The customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the insights provided for their own information. Any commercial redistribution or use in automated systems without a separate agreement is prohibited.

  • Our website contains links to external websites of third parties. We have no influence on the content of these websites and therefore cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.

  • 4E Capital AG provides information services only. We are not a financial institution regulated under the Financial Services Act (FIDLEG) and do not hold a licence from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for activities that require such a licence (e.g., asset management). The reports provided do not constitute a financial service within the meaning of FIDLEG.
